Making it available results from the amendment to the VAT Act of April 12, 2019, the purpose of which is to close loopholes in the tax system.<\/p>\n<p>The act imposes, among others, the obligation to verify the contractor in white list of VAT taxpayers before paying the invoice. This list is nothing more than a unified VAT register, extended with company billing account numbers. The data is updated daily, and the check itself should be performed on the day of the transfer order.<\/p>\n<h2>What are the risks of non-compliance with the regulations?<\/h2>\n<p>From January 1, 2020, the following sanctions will apply to entities that pay invoices by transfers to accounts that are not on the white list:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>it is not possible to credit the transfer amount above 15,000 PLN to tax deductible costs;<\/li>\n<li>the risk of joint and several liability with the contractor for tax arrears.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Where can I check the contractor?<\/h2>\n<p>The Ministry of Finance provided 2 methods of accessing this list:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.pl\/web\/kas\/api-wykazu-podatnikow-vat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">API<\/a> programming interface, in which only 10 inquiries for a maximum of 30 entities per day will be possible;<\/li>\n<li>an encrypted text file with a list of taxpayers and bank account numbers, which will be made available in November 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is, however, one more method of counterparty verification by performing a manual check directly on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.podatki.gov.pl\/wykaz-podatnikow-vat-wyszukiwarka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">website of the Ministry of Finance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-869 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/wizlink.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/screen_mf1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"693\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wizlink.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/screen_mf1.jpg 996w, https:\/\/wizlink.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/screen_mf1-300x121.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wizlink.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/screen_mf1-768x309.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 693px) 100vw, 693px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>How to comply with the regulations?<\/h2>\n<p>The sanctions will apply from January 1, 2020. Entrepreneurs have 3 months to comply with the regulations. One of the possibilities of this is the use of <strong>RPA (Robotic Process Automation)<\/strong> technology, specifically by using a tool for creating robots, an example of which is the Polish <strong>Wizlink.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delegating this task for software robots is primarily:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>No need to modify existing processes and applications<\/strong>: the robot will adapt to current processes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Working on current data<\/strong>: the robot works on the current list of taxpayers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong> the robot will include each check in the report in the event of a tax inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>See how the verification of contractors performed by the robot can look like:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"responsive-video-wrap clr\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#Robot #Wizlink weryfikuje kontrahent\u00f3w w #Bia\u0142aLista Podatnik\u00f3w #VAT.\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YucxSihJg_o?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is the White List of VAT Taxpayers?
