First Byte, the owner of the Wizlink® brand and tool, would like to inform about price list changes and End User License Agreement, which will apply from August 1, 2022.

The price list changes are primarily the licensing simplification by reducing the number of licensed products and an increase in fees that remained unchanged for over 2.5 years, i.e. from January 2020.

Also, an additional form of licensing is introduced – floating, which allows to run Wizlink® on any computers in the network, without necessity to be assigned to a specific hardware.

In the last few months our team also has been preparing for the next version of Wizlink® release. The new version will be more user-friendly, thanks to which the robot training will be faster and their operation will be more efficient. This also applies to the BCC (Bot Control Center), a component for managing Wizlink® robot farm and other external automation.

The new price list – how in practice will affect current and future customers:

• According to the recent EULA, the new price list for current subscribers is effective 6 months after its announcement, i.e. February 1, 2023. Until then, the licenses purchased by current subscribers (in the same amount and type) may be extended for the same subsequent period according to the previous price list.
• License offers presented to a new end client before August 1, 2022 remain valid after that date only for the duration of the offer, but no later than September 30, 2022.
• The current Entry Level, Attended and Devel licenses are replaced by Full Robot, and clients who renew these licenses have a one-time discount of 50% on the new Full Robot license price for the next similar period.
• The price list for new customers is valid from August 1, 2022.

After price changes, Wizlink® is still one of the cheapest RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools available on the market. We want the make cost barrier to enter robotization low. Therefore not only large corporations, but SME sector and public organizations, can start their adventure with robots and benefit from it.

Therefore, we decided to introduce a promotion for the new clients – first Full Robot yearly license with a 50% discount. The promotion is valid until January 31, 2023.

From August 1, 2022, a new version of the End User License Agreement (EULA) is also available. It contains minor changes, mainly related to the new price list.
